Pattee Canyon

We lucked out with the weather for this beginner-friendly free event at Pattee Canyon. About 70 participants enjoyed a great set of courses designed by Greg Friedman on this perfect fall day. It was fun to see lots of families with kids try the sport for the first time and come back from the woods with smiles. ​​

We had a great crew helping out with the event today. Emily Johnson was the event director and created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for our newcomers. Greg Friedman set courses, and Sherri and John Brady, Beau Larkin, and Boris Granovskiy helped hang flags. Boris, Calvin Olson, Siri Christopherson, Sherri Brady all helped with beginner instruction. Siri, Boris, Emily, and Kate DeBlonk picked up controls.
